Our Product Warranty

Trusted protection for your investment with our comprehensive product warranty.

Upstate Health & Wellness, LLC dba Upstate Water Pros (hereafter referred to as the “Company“) warrants its products against manufacturing defects under the terms and conditions outlined below:

What is Covered?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your product.

What is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from:

• Alteration, modification, or unauthorized tampering

• Improper, unreasonable use, or neglect

• Misuse, abuse, accident, fire, lightning, or acts of nature

• Improper packing or shipping (claims must be presented to your shipping company)

   

This warranty also excludes:

• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Repairs attempted by anyone not authorized by the Company
• Any cause unrelated to materials or workmanship defects

Warranty Duration:

– Filter Housing: Full 25-year warranty from date of purchase

– All Installation Materials (including valves): Full 5-year warranty

– Water Filter Cartridges (Whole-House Systems): 3-year limited warranty

Who is Covered?

Only the original purchaser is covered. This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners.

Company Remedies Under This Limited Warranty:

At its sole discretion, the Company may:

• Repair defective units or parts, covering labor and parts costs (excluding certain shipping fees).

• Replace the defective product with a direct or equivalent replacement.

• Refund the original purchase price less depreciation based on product age.

Limitations of the Warranty:

• Customers must insure returned products; the Company is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

• The Company is not responsible for installation, removal, or re-installation costs.

How to Obtain a Remedy:

To pursue a claim:

• Contact Customer Service at (864) 416-1198 or sales@upstatewaterpros.com

• Provide an original dated receipt or contract as proof of purchase

• Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any product

Limitation of Liability:

The maximum liability of the Company under this warranty is the actual purchase price paid. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for direct, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Certain state laws may vary.

Exclusive Remedy:

This limited warranty and the remedies provided are exclusive and replace all other warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

If any implied warranties cannot be lawfully excluded, they will apply as allowed by law.

Additional Conditions:

• Warranty is void if serial number label is removed or product is altered

• International shipments may incur additional charges

• All amounts are in USD

• Fees may change without notice and will be applied at time of claim
